Identifying patterns promote the development of basic thinking skills. It is a very important skill for us to build in our children.
It forms the basis for your child’s academic skills. In maths, this can be seen in multiplication tables, thinking critically in solving mathematical problems and data analysis.
In science, forming a hypothesis or hypotheses are usually reliant on understanding patterns.
When we work on developing their ability to recognize patterns, they will eventually be able think critically and logically as well.
